Chondrabindu এ বিক্রিত পণ্যের জন্য 3 দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি দিয়ে থাকি তবে ইনটেক বক্স বা প্যাকেট ছাড়া না।   

✅ডেলিভারি ম্যান থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় চেক করে নিতে হবে।

✅ডেলিভারি ম্যান থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণের পর পণ্য সংক্রান্ত কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। 

✅ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার পর ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্য পরিবর্তনের কথা অবগত করতে হবে। 

✅পণ্য অসহজলভ্য হলে শুধুমাত্র ক্যান্সেল হওয়া অর্ডারের মূল্য ফেরতযোগ্য হবে।    

পণ্য ফেরতের শর্তাবলীঃ 

✅ক্রয়ের প্রমাণস্বরূপ ক্রয় অর্ডার নম্বর, ইনভয়েস নম্বর ইত্যাদি দেখাতে হবে

✅পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, পরিধানহীন, ধোয়াহীন এবং ত্রুটিমুক্ত হতে হবে।

✅পণ্যটিতে অবশ্যই মূল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারীর ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, ফ্রিবিজ এবং অ্যাক্সেসরইজের সকল পার্টস অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে। 

পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার বৈধ শর্তাবলী এবং কারণসমুহঃ 

✅ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে।

✅ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে।

✅পণ্যের কোনো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পার্টস ছাড়াই ডেলিভারি হলে।

পণ্যের অসহজলভ্যতার কারণে অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ এবং মূল্য ফেরতঃ

CUSTOMER RETURNS & EXCHANGES:Eligibility

Return/exchange of items within [ 7 days ] after delivery.

Nevertheless, returns will only be accepted on unused products in their original unopened packaging and form.

Please see our list of exclusions, amongst others; bespoke or intimate items cannot be returned.

How to start a retour or exchange

Refund Process:

You will receive a refund to your original payment method after we have received and checked the item.

Give 7 days  for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process:

We will ship the replacement once we have received the product you would like to exchange.

Note: Exchanges are based on availability in stock.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping fees are to be covered by customers, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
